Talks & Keynotes

Ideas people recognize immediately, and keep discussing afterwards.

Sharp, engaging talks for company events, leadership teams and professional communities. Available in Hebrew or English.

Being Nice Is Not a Strategy

Boundaries, professional authority and the hidden cost of needing to be liked.

A sharp and relatable talk about the difference between service and people-pleasing, the commitments hidden inside softened language, and how to build trusted relationships where clarity and boundaries can coexist with warmth.

Best for

Women's Day, women in leadership and customer-facing teams.

Everyone Knows. No One Says It.

Why smart teams miss problems everyone can already see.

A talk about organizational silence, diluted responsibility, the fear of being seen as negative, and the gap between reporting progress and telling the truth early enough to act.

Best for

Leadership teams, managers, HR and organizational development.

The Numbers Don't Tell the Whole Story

The human signals that appear before the crisis.

How to notice meaningful changes in customer, employee and team behavior before they become visible in metrics, and how to turn human signals into information an organization can discuss and act on.

Best for

Managers, Customer Success, HR and leadership offsites.

AI Will Write Everyone the Same Email. Who Will Still Sound Human?

The human advantage in a world where everyone sounds professional.

When anyone can produce a polished email, summary or presentation, the advantage shifts to judgment, nuance, empathy, specificity and the courage to understand what another person means, not only what they say.

Best for

Company events, leadership teams, innovation days and customer-facing organizations.

Which conversation does your organization need?

Every talk can be adapted to the audience, event and business context.
